Our Founder
Rachel Eva Elaine Garwood is the founder of Xplorient, an EdTech business that leverages immersive XR technology to redefine career navigation, professional growth and to help future proof skills for careers in Finance, Technology and Sports.
During the past 20+ years, she has worked in numerous professions, spanning industries, such as IT and EdTech, for Start-ups, SMEs and large international conglomerates. This includes a blended 12+ years in business development, a decade in tech including product management, and 8 years experience in Bid Management.
Rachel also helps people by mentoring them to achieve their career goals, so she understands the importance of having access to work experience opportunities to help inform career choices.
