Our Founder

Rachel Eva Elaine Garwood is the founder of Xplorient, a startup that supports and advocates for the implementation of cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services that harness the power of Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform collaboration and learning within organisations.

During the past 20+ years, she has worked in numerous professions, spanning  industries, such as AI, IT, Engineering and EdTech, for Start-ups, SMEs and large international conglomerates. This includes a blended 12+ years in business development, a decade in tech including product management, and 8+ years experience in Bid (Proposal) Management.

Rachel also helps people by mentoring them to achieve their career goals, so she understands the importance of having access to work experience opportunities to help inform career choices.
