The employer reviews the proposal and can communicate with the freelancer within the platform to discuss the project.
The employer can send an offer/contact to the freelancer which the freelancer can accept and as a result the employer hires the freelancer.
The freelancer carries out the work and the employer pays the freelancer through the platform.
